Chosochaekbang befindet sich auf dem Berg Inwangsan in einem Gebäude, das ursprünglich zum Schutz von Cheongwadae gebaut und über 50 Jahre lang als Wachposten genutzt wurde. Heute ist das Gebäude eine Buchhandlung und ein Café mit gläsernen Wänden, die einen tollen Ausblick auf die Umgebung bieten. In der Buchhandlung gibt es viele Bücher zu Umweltproblemen, und im Café werden biologisch abbaubare Strohhalme aus Zuckerrohr genutzt.
